The SSU Soul Jazz combo opens for the Trumpet Supergroup on Sunday, Oct. 5 at the Community Church of Mill Valley, as part of the Bay Area’s Jazz in the Neighborhood program. The group is led by Dave Len Scott and includes Chaco Peckham, Brandon Johnson, Chris Newton, Ab Menon, Joel Renteria and Taylor Cuffie.
